I spent 20 years as a marketer and executive in Silicon Valley, leading teams at both unicorn startups and Fortune 500 tech companies. I’ve navigated imposter syndrome, broken through glass ceilings, and rebuilt my life multiple times when the path I was on no longer felt right.

I know what it’s like to stand at the edge of something bigger and feel paralyzed by self-doubt. I also know what it takes to push past that fear and take the leap.
